Payment Methods

Payment methods currently offered include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Bank transfer is available by request - please send us an email at support@cotheory.com.auwith your desired products, name, address and contact number so that we may send through an invoice.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $10 within Australia for all orders under $100, and free shipping over $100, excluding Western Australia and Northern Territory, whereby shipping costs do apply based on weight. Exact shipping rate is applied at checkout.

All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days.

International Shipping

Currently, only domestic shipping within Australia is available at checkout. If you would like to enquire about international shipping, please send an email to support@cotheory.com.au with your international address and desired products for a quote.

Refunds

CoTheory pieces and products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a product fault. We ensure the quality of our design and workmanship is of the highest standards before dispatch with every piece quality-checked, but if an issue does arise please do not hesitate to contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. Your order number, details of product fault and photos will be requested.

Please note that damage or loss which occurs in transit will be subject to Australia Post’s insurance procedures - we ensure that every piece we dispatch is insured up to its value.

Freight charges for returned goods will only be accepted at CoTheory’s discretion and by prior agreement in writing.

Order Changes

Please check your order carefully prior to confirmation and checkout. If you require order changes, please contact us via email. We will do our best to process your request, however our ability to do so will depend on how far your order has progressed.

Delivery Times

The delivery times provided are an estimate only. CoTheory cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery. We work with reliable suppliers and will do our best to supply accurate time frames, however in many cases delays are beyond our control.
