Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

Flat shipping rates apply across Victoria, NSW, ACT, TAS, and SA: $12 for orders under $100, $20 for orders under $200.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $300 (excluding Western Australia and the Northern Territory).

For Western Australia and the Northern Territory, a flat shipping rate applies:
•    $39 for orders under $349
•    $99 for orders between $350–$800
•    $149 for orders over $801

All orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia at checkout.
If you would like to enquire about international shipping, please email support@cotheory.com.au with your delivery address and desired items for a quote.

 

Delivery Times 

Delivery times provided are estimates only - CoTheory cannot be held liable for transit delays.

We ship all orders via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

For standard parcels sent with Australia Post:

Within the same state: typically 2–4 business days
Interstate deliveries: typically 3–6 business days

Actual delivery times depend on where the parcel is posted from and delivered to, and can vary outside these ranges due to network demand or seasonal peaks.
