Refunds & Exchanges
CoTheory pieces can only be refunded in the rare event of a product fault.
Each item is thoughtfully quality checked before dispatch to uphold the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. If an issue does arise, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item.
When reaching out, kindly include your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos.
Should your item arrive damaged, we will arrange a replacement and cover all related shipping costs. Please contact us at support@cotheory.com.au to arrange your replacement.
Order Changes
We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
If you wish to make changes after placing your order, please contact us at support@cotheory.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, depending on how far your order has progressed in our fulfilment process.
For exchanges due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
