Refunds
CoTheory pieces and products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a product fault.
We ensure the quality of our design and workmanship is of the highest standards before dispatch with every piece quality-checked, but if an issue does arise please do not hesitate to contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.
Your order number, details of product fault and photos will be requested.Please note that damage or loss which occurs in transit will be subject to Australia Post’s insurance procedures - we ensure that every piece we dispatch is insured up to its value.
Freight charges for returned goods will only be accepted at CoTheory’s discretion and by prior agreement in writing.
